Attunga is Falls Creek’s first, and to date only, Accredited Tourism Business and a Victorian Tourism Award Winner. We are currently accepting applications from experienced and motivated people for the following Winter 2012 full-time seasonal positions:

Sous Chef
Bar & Wait / Houskeeping Staff
Housekeeper

Attunga Alpine Lodge is centrally located within the Falls Creek Alpine Resort and provides both Hotel and Apartment accommodation together with a busy Restaurant and Lounge Bar. Strong customer service skills, teamwork, and efficiency are essential for these positions.

Sous Chef – *
We require experienced and motivated Chef with a passion for fine food.
You must demonstrate experience and competency in menu development, food cost control, stock control, and food safety compliance.

House Staff – Bar, Wait & Housekeeping*
We require experienced, outgoing and motivated staff for one of our most important face to face customer service roles. All Bar & Wait Staff must have previous hospitality experience and good wine, food & coffee knowledge. RSA required, Touchscreen POS experience beneficial.

Housekeeping will be trained; although previous experience beneficial.

Housekeeper*
We require an outgoing, friendly and motivated housekeeper with experience in hospitality / accommodation housekeeping.  The successful applicant will need to excel in their role while leading a small team on a daily basis.

The successful applicant will have strong communications skills, posses a positive “can-do” attitude, remain calm in a busy fast-paced work environment and be reliable. Strong candidates will demonstrate initiative, flexibility and the ability to sell. You will enjoy a safe and fun workplace with the ability to take advantage of Falls Creek’s Snowsports in your backyard.
